How do I order?
Once you have selected your software, the appropriate product sheet is
displayed. You then have the opportunity to click on “Download now” to
keep
your selection for the rest of your session. You can also continue to
browse
other products on our site, or move on directly to the payment
process.
Once you click on the "Download now" button, an order confirmation page
appears:
- with a summary of the product(s) included in your online basket
(product name, version, quantity and price).
-with the possibility to add or remove products from your
basket.
Then, once you click on the “Validate” button, a new page will invite
you to either type in your login information (e-mail/password) if you
are an existing customer, or fill out a
blank user registration form if you are a new customer. You will be
invited to
fill in the following fields:
- Name and address (to create your invoice).
- E-mail (to send you your electronic invoice including your download access code).
-Billing and shipping addresses (if necessary).
Once this form is filled out, you can choose your method of payment and access
the secure section of our site (using the SSL and SET protocols). Our secure
server is certified ISO IS 8583.
How is my order processed?
1) You have ordered
online and paid with your Credit Card: you will immediately receive an order
confirmation by e-mail. If you have chosen another method of payment, your
order is validated once we receive proof of your payment.
2) Once you receive
your order confirmation e-mail, you can immediately download
your software (or choose to do so later) by using the download access code
included in your e-mail.
Secured payment
We use an encrypted e-commerce solution. The security of your transactions is also guaranteed. It is the guarantee that the bank information provided when confirming an order is not sent in verbose mode during the transaction, thus avoiding the hacking risk.
Payment methods available
If you pay by bank card,
your payment is validated right away and you are provided direct access to the
download page. If you want to download at a later time, this page is accessible
for a week from the receipt of your payment confirmation email. All you have to
do is check this email message and click “download”.
If you pay by check,
the download page is accessible for a week from the receipt of your payment
confirmation email. All you have to do is check this email message and click
“download”. Your payment confirmation is sent upon receipt of your check.
If you pay by fax or bank transfer,
the download page is accessible for a week from the receipt of your payment
confirmation email. All you have to do is check this email message and click
“download”. Your payment confirmation is sent an hour after receipt of your
fax.
If you pay by Paypal,
depending on the relationship between our respective banks, the
procedure can take more or less time. It is advised to wait up to one
hour to be sure that the payment has gone through before trying to make
a new purchase.
How to download your software?
The download page is
accessible only after validation of payment for the software ordered. (Make
sure you entered the correct email address when placing order). You can immediatly download your software (or choose to do so later) by clicking on "Download" button included in your order e-mail.
You have two options :
- Either download immediately or
- Download later, during three weeks
This authorization procedure for three weeks is set up :
- To allow you to download according to your preference, during the day or in the evening during the off-peak hours.
-
To give you the opportunity to schedule the download during the night,
when your computer use planning is saturated from morning till night.
-To authorize you to download your software as often as necessary in case any connection problem occurred and interrupted the program transmission.
